The ANC manages the frequency spectrum used in the broadcast of digital terrestrial TV services and sets the technical standards for the digital TV platform. These standards specify the types of signal which should be used by broadcasters for the transmision of digital TV services in Timor-Leste.
To assist the Government in the transition from Analogue TV Broadcasting to Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting (DTTB) in Timor-Leste, the ANC would like to invite public comments on relevant aspects of DTTB including spectrum frequency, standards, and technologies.
Interested parties are invited to register their interests to provide written comments on the consultation paper. Following the registration of interests, the ANC will contact the interested parties with the consultation paper and the reference number for submitting their comments.
Written comments are to be provided to the ANC by 12 October 2018 12 November 2018 (Extended).
