In accordance with Section 16 of the Decree-Law no. 15/2012 of 28 March on the Regulation of the Telecommunications Sector, the ANC prepares and publishes an annual report for each financial year. The annual report presents information about the ANC and that of the Telecommunications sector. It shall include activities of the ANC, a summary of the radio spectrum allocated; regulatory measures, notices and any significant law enforcement actions, significant contracts including those related to procurement; a report on the telecommunications sector, etc.
