22/08/2024, MTC Hall, Caicoli – The Ministry of Transport and Communications, through ANC, granted registration certificates to the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) Starlink Timor, Unipessoal Lda, Gonsoa, Unipessoal Lda and Nerravi Networks, Unipessoal Lda.
The certificates were handed over by the Prime Minister, H.E. Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, the Minister of Transport and Communications, Eng. Miguel Marques Gonçalves Manetelu, and the Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment, Mr Gastão Francisco de Sousa.
From today, after receiving their certificates, these ISPs can start operating as Internet providers for customers in Timor-Leste.
Members of the government, telecom operators, ISP representatives, heads and teams of autonomous agencies, MTC directors-general and staff attended the ceremony.
